There are many types of work at a solar power plant construction site conducted on unstable ground. Traditionally, two persons would work in such places with a stepladder. We have developed an operating machine used in a high elevation areas dedicated to solar power plant construction sites, so one person can work safely and efficiently.
Giga RC Marking Machine

This robot has the high precision GPS technology (GNSS RTK) and is able to insert the special marking corn to the point of screw pile. No any special skills and experiences are required. Small numbers of works can complete the marking process within a short period of time. Though, its ultimate goal is automatic and unmanned 24hrs operation.

It has been designed exclusively to mow grass under solar panels. It is possible to operate it and work with it flexibly using radio control in order to make it easier to mow in narrow and low places. It does not damage the posts of the mounts.

It is a crawler-type of forklift dedicated to solar power plant construction sites. As it is a small forklift operated by an operator in a standing position, it is possible to make turns with a small radius in narrow spaces and it is suited for solar power plant construction sites.

It is a large heavy duty screw driver dedicated to picket driving. It is possible to drive down to 6m with the Gigasolar’s Power Screw. At conventional solar power plant construction sites, screws are driven without connecting them, but we can drive longer connected screws into deeper grounds in order to further solidify the ground foundation.
Giga RC Pocket Lift

It is a remote controlled forklift with undercarriage tracks. It is equipped with a foldable mast, which allows it to be easily transported under the platform of the semitrailer. It has a 1500 kg lifting capacity and weighs only 1500 kg. The weight coincides with the lifting capacity due to the particular position of its barycentre that ensures the safety of the machine and the lifted load. It also has an extreme compactness; in fact, the height of the machine from the ground is only 535 mm.
